Service terms

What you receive

Upload audio/video that you may process. Sonaweft produces a machine transcript and portable exports, with optional AI-derived notes. Speech recognition can omit, mishear or hallucinate words. AI review can be wrong. Important words and consequential claims require listening and independent evidence. ASR output is preserved separately from user corrections and AI suggestions. No guaranteed accuracy, factual verification, medical/legal advice or learning result is sold.

Consent and data

You must have the right and necessary recording/participant permissions to upload and process the media. Do not upload unlawful material or confidential/regulated recordings requiring protections or agreements we have not established. Optional AI review sends transcript text to DeepSeek only after you select it and consent. Source media and results expire after 48 hours through scheduled cleanup; export promptly.

Credits and delivery

When enabled, Paddle is merchant of record and handles checkout, receipts and applicable sales taxes under its buyer terms. $5/$10 one-time packs purchase non-transferable, non-withdrawable Sonaweft processing allowances. They do not expire and are not money or stored-value financial accounts. There is no recurring subscription. Prices are listed on the pricing page and quoted before confirmation. Credit is reserved, then consumed only when all selected deliverables complete. Failed packages release their hold; an explicit retry can reuse retained ASR checkpoints. Admission/retention limits and safety pauses can restrict availability. Do not create a second paid job merely because dispatch is uncertain.

Save your private Sonaweft recovery key before purchase; it restores Sonaweft balances and unexpired files. Pageweft has a separate balance/key. A public transaction ID alone cannot restore access. Losing both the session and key may require a support ownership review; never email keys or private media.

Refunds and changes

See the refund policy. Refunds/disputes revoke associated allowance; consumed refunded credit can leave a negative balance preventing new processing. Completed outputs remain until normal expiry. Material future pricing/terms changes are displayed before another purchase or job confirmation; confirmed quotes do not change after confirmation. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Service discontinuation does not erase refund rights for undelivered service.
